About Us

CASA of Adams and Scioto County is a multi-county, court-based agency with a non-profit arm that provides the services of Court Appointed Special Advocates to local children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Since its inception in 2017, Scioto County CASA has been growing more and more in an effort to serve all the children that enter foster care. Currently, there are over 40 CASA volunteers serving children in Scioto County but with over 300 children in foster care in the county, the program has a long way to go before they can serve 100%. Scioto County CASA is always accepting new applications for CASA volunteers. Help make a difference in the lives of children in your community by applying to be a Court Appointed Special Advocate. In October of 2022, Adams County joined forces with the program and began their first cohort of trainees.

Change a child's story.
